The Disability Connection website fulfills one of the Community's needs, identified in the long term planning of the Horowhenua District; to provide those with disabilities and their significant others ease in the attainment of information and resources in the area. It was developed in 2009 and is a great resource for those with disability, their families and allied organisations.
